We are seeking a Production Director to join our senior leadership team and oversee the day-to-day execution of our production operations.
This role is responsible for translating approved creative and client scope into clear production plans, schedules, staffing strategies, and on-site execution. This is a leadership position, but it is also a hands-on production role. The Production Director will be expected to actively support fabrication, warehouse preparation, installs, strikes, and on-site production as needed.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, decisive, experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects, and comfortable both leading a team and working alongside it.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the master production schedule across multiple active projects
Develop production timelines, milestones, staffing plans, and resource requirements
Oversee workflow across production, fabrication, warehouse, installation, and strike
Assign work and establish clear priorities for internal teams and freelance labor
Coordinate purchasing, rentals, sourcing, logistics, and outside vendors
Identify production risks, scheduling conflicts, and resource gaps in advance
Lead production meetings and maintain accountability across teams
Partner with Creative, Client Services, and Technical leadership to ensure projects are executable and delivered as approved
Provide hands-on production support during builds, warehouse preparation, load-ins, installations, events, and strikes as required
Step into active production work when deadlines, staffing, or project needs require additional support
Maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, safety, and presentation
Develop and improve internal production systems and processes as the company grows
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, fabrication, live events, operations, construction, or a related field
3+ years of team leadership or management experience
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong scheduling, staffing, logistics, and resource-management skills
Experience managing vendors, contractors, and production labor
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to make sound decisions quickly and operate independently
Comfortable working in warehouse, fabrication, production, and event-site environments
Willing and able to perform hands-on production work when needed
Proficiency with project-management and scheduling tools
Experience in scenic fabrication, trade shows, AV, construction, exhibit production, or large-scale live events is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate is a strong operational leader who can see the full production picture while maintaining attention to detail. They are proactive, highly accountable, calm under pressure, and capable of creating structure across multiple moving parts.
This person leads from the front. They should be equally comfortable managing schedules and teams, coordinating vendors and logistics, and rolling up their sleeves to work alongside the production team when needed.
Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person role based in the Mooresville area.
Because of the nature of event production, occasional evenings, weekends, early mornings, and travel will be required.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experienceElisabeth Rose is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to work directly alongside our CEO. This individual will serve as a trusted right hand, helping manage priorities, communication, scheduling, follow-through, and the day-to-day demands of leading a fast-paced creative production agency.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is comfortable moving quickly, changing direction when needed, and working closely alongside the CEO throughout the day. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong judgment, discretion, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs without requiring detailed direction.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely alongside the CEO throughout the day, maintaining awareness of priorities, commitments, projects, and decisions
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel, and day-to-day schedule
Proactively identify priorities, anticipate needs, and take action without waiting for detailed instruction
Attend meetings with the CEO, capture notes and action items, and communicate relevant information and follow-up to internal teams
Serve as a key communication link between the CEO and employees, clients, vendors, and partners
Help evaluate and prioritize requests for the CEO’s time and attention based on urgency, deadlines, and business needs
Manage and triage email communications, draft correspondence, and track follow-ups
Maintain a clear system for outstanding tasks, approvals, decisions, deadlines, and commitments
Serve as a central point of continuity across conversations, decisions, commitments, and follow-up
Prepare emails, meeting recaps, presentations, documents, and other executive communications
Coordinate business and crew travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and schedule changes

Coordinate purchasing, vendors, reservations, gifting, shipping, returns, pickups, deliveries, and other logistical needs
Support client-facing and creative projects, including gifting, sourcing, packaging, and hands-on preparation as needed
Manage special projects and company initiatives through completion
Provide flexible day-to-day support to the CEO, including occasional personal scheduling, errands, pickups, deliveries, and other time-sensitive needs
Confidentiality & Discretion
Confidentiality is a critical requirement of this position. Elisabeth Rose regularly works with high-profile individuals, executives, organizations, brands, and private events involving sensitive, proprietary, or privileged information.
The Executive Assistant will have access to confidential information. Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record of discretion and sound judgment and understand that access to information does not constitute permission to share it.
Client identities, projects, conversations, schedules, documents, photographs, and behind-the-scenes information must remain confidential unless expressly authorized. Professional discretion, including in personal settings and on social media, is non-negotiable.

2+ years of experience supporting a CEO, executive, entrepreneur, or senior leader

The Role
This position works directly with the CEO and requires in-person availability at our offices in Mooresville, NC and throughout the Charlotte area. This is not a traditional desk-based executive support role. Days may include client meetings, office work, warehouse or production activity, site visits, installations, events, travel, and last-minute changes in priority.
Schedule flexibility and the ability to respond quickly as needs change are important to success in this position.

We are seeking a Production Assistant with graphic design experience to support the creation and production of custom branded elements for our events and installations.
This is a highly hands-on role that combines graphic design, fabrication, and production. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, technically capable, and excited to take a project from a digital file to a finished physical product.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and production of custom event graphics, signage, branded elements, gifting, and specialty projects
Prepare and modify artwork for print, laser cutting, engraving, vinyl, CNC, and other production applications
Create production-ready files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software
Operate and assist with production equipment including laser cutters/engravers, vinyl cutters, printers, and other fabrication tools
Assemble, finish, package, and prepare custom pieces for events and client delivery
Assist with signage production, mounting, application, and installation
Review artwork, dimensions, materials, and production specifications for accuracy
Organize project files and maintain clear version control
Support sourcing and ordering of materials as needed
Assist the broader production team with warehouse preparation, builds, installs, and strikes
Maintain organized workspaces, equipment, materials, and project inventory
Help troubleshoot production challenges and identify efficient solutions
Maintain a high standard of quality across all finished work
Qualifications
Experience with graphic design and production artwork
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required
Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of typography, layout, sizing, file preparation, and print production
Comfortable learning and operating fabrication and production equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
Comfortable working with your hands and participating in physical production
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a larger production team
Experience with laser engraving, vinyl production, large-format printing, signage, CNC routing, fabrication, event production, or experiential design is a strong plus.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate enjoys both the creative and physical sides of production.
You may spend part of the day preparing artwork in Illustrator and the next part producing, assembling, finishing, or installing physical products.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, notices small details, learns quickly, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help get a project across the finish line.
This is not a traditional graphic design position. While design skills are an important part of the role, this person will work hands-on within our Special Projects and Production teams and should be excited about seeing ideas become physical objects and environments.
