When will my order ship?

After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation that we are working on your package. Orders ship within 3 to 7 business days. For international order shipping times, expect 1 to 2 additional business days for your order to ship.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you know when to be waiting by your mailbox!

How can I edit my shipping address?

To update your shipping address, email us at hello@elisabeth-rose.com with your order number and a team member will update your order.

How can I cancel my order?

We hate to see you go, but we get that sometimes orders need to be canceled. To cancel email hello@elisabeth-rose.com within 24 hours of placing your order and a team member will take care of it for you.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

Meant to place your order as a gift, or need to have it rush shipped? No problem- email hello@elisabeth-rose.com within 24 hours of placing your order and a team member will update your order for you. Note that there may be additional charges if you need to upgrade to rushed shipping.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on any items bought during our holiday sales promotions. Have questions? Email care@elisabeth-rose.com

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states and internationally. We do our best to find you the best shipping price for international orders, but please know shipping costs may be higher for those orders.

What's your return policy?

Unused and unopened products accompanied by a receipt may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost.

Your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs will be credited as soon as possible. Due to varying processing times, the refund can take up to 14 business days to post to your account.

Return shipping cost will be deducted from the order refund.

Can I return final sale or custom items?

Final sale and custom orders are non-refundable once your order is placed.
