    Job Description:

    As a Graphic Designer at Elisabeth Rose, you will play a crucial role in developing visual content that aligns with our brand identity and meets the needs of our diverse clientele. You will work closely with the creative and production teams to create designs that enhance our brand experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate innovative design concepts that effectively communicate our client’s goals and messages. 

    • Create brand guidelines and detailed designs for various mediums, including set designs, branded products, custom packaging, interactive installations, and more.

    • Ensure all designs are consistent with the client’s brand guidelines and our creative vision.

    • Work closely with the creative, production, and technical teams to develop cohesive and impactful brand experiences.

    • Engage with clients to understand their goals and vision, incorporating their feedback into the design process.

    • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and project files for easy access and future use.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

    • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a branding or marketing environment.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

    • Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

    • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your creative process.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of video editing and animation software.

    • 3D design software (such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D).

    • Familiarity with fabrication processes and materials.

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to join our team and support the fabrication, production of our exciting projects.

    Job Description:

    As a Production Assistant at Elisabeth Rose, you will be a vital part of our production team. You will assist in the creation and assembly of set pieces, props, displays, and other structural components  for our experiential activations and installations. Your role will involve hands-on work with a variety of materials and techniques, ensuring that every element meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the fabrication of props, displays, and set pieces, utilizing various materials and techniques.

    • Help the fabrication team in the construction, assembly, and finishing of custom elements, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications.

    •  Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and effectively, including saws, drills, sanders, and paint sprayers.

    • Assist with material handling and inventory management, organizing and maintaining stock of fabrication materials and supplies.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, production managers, and onsite technicians, to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the fabrication process.

    • Participate in on-site installation and setup of fabricated elements as needed, providing support to ensure seamless execution of brand experiences.

    •  Maintain a clean and organized fabrication workspace, adhering to safety standards and protocols.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a production or fabrication role.

    • Proficiency in operating common power tools, fabrication tools and equipment.

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

    • Experience with a variety of fabrication materials and techniques.

    • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a fabrication environment.

    • Basic understanding of design and construction principles.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Physical ability to handle materials and work on-site as needed.

    • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

    Working Hours:

    This role is hourly with a work schedule that will be set two weeks in advance by your supervisor. Our regular hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. This job requires on-site hours for installation days and event execution that are outside of normal Monday - Friday work days and might take place on evenings and weekends. These requirements will be scheduled on a rolling basis.

We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and manage administrative tasks within our production facility.

    Job Description:

    As an Administrative Assistant at Elisabeth Rose, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. You will report directly to the leadership team, providing essential support, while also managing administrative tasks in our production facility. Your efficiency and attention to detail will help keep our operations running seamlessly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the leadership team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.

    • Act as a point of contact between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

    • Handle our client’s information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

    • Attend meetings with the leadership team, take detailed notes, and distribute minutes and action items to relevant parties.

    • Prepare and edit project documents as needed.

    • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, and office organization.

    • Manage administrative tasks within the production facility, including inventory tracking, store returns, order processing, and coordinating with suppliers.

    • Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the leadership team and other staff.

    • Perform various errands as needed, such as purchasing supplies, delivering documents, and other tasks to support the team.

    • Monitor and order office and production supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.

    • Address administrative issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

    • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced event production environment.

    • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.

    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office. and familiarity with basic office equipment.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Previous experience in the events industry.

    • Familiarity with Canva. 

    • Familiarity with project management software such as Monday. 

    • Basic understanding of project management principles.
